Our Story
Giorgio's Italian Pizzeria is a premier and authentic Pizza Restaurant that has been proudly serving the Hudson area and beyond since 2017. Giorgio's Italian Pizzeria brings a little bit of Italy to Hudson offering fresh, homemade food made daily for the entire family. The owners, Bino and Antoinette Macari, originated from Rome and Calabria Italy. For the past 20 years, they have been cooking for friends and family in New York. Now living in Massachusetts, they discovered a need for authentic Italian pizza with real fresh dough and pasta dishes with sauce made from scratch.
Plus, homemade meatballs, chicken that is never frozen, and the highest quality cheese! Why eat pizza anywhere else? It just won't compare.
